Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits carry forward indefinitely whether you're on a free or paid plan. They never expire.
What is your refund policy?
Try before you buy: start on the free trial so you can explore AHire and see your ATS results before paying — no card required. On paid plans, each auto-apply spends real AI tokens and compute to research the role, tailor your resume, write the cover letter, score it 90+, and submit it on your behalf — so credits you've already used are non-refundable. If you cancel, we refund the unused portion of your credit balance for the current billing cycle. In short: you only pay for the work the AI actually does for you. (This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.)
